DreamWorks Fansite have gotten word from one of their readers about what appears to be an unannounced Paramount Pictures website promoting their upcoming Steven Spielberg directed summer blockbuster, War of the Worlds, starring Tom Cruise. Here's what their reader discovered:

Matt here. I was in in Denver, CO this past weekend to attend the Sci Fi Convention. I got there on Thursday afternoon and after resting for a while in my hotel room, I decided to take a walk to check the city out as much as I can. Aside from checking out some great view, I noticed numerous War of the Worlds posters around me which was way cool. Paramount is really smart to to advertise days before the Sci Fi convention.

Moments after I saw the posters, my eyes caught some strange looking markings on the sidewalk around me

When I looked close, it appeared like an ancient language of some sort. Below on the right corner was a website address www.alienglyph.com. Luckily, I had a camera and I took a quick photograph of it. When I got home, before doing anything, I opened up the dictionary and looked up the meaning of the word "glyph". Webster dictionary defined this greek word as "carved work". Aliens carving on our sidewalks? Could that be a sign of things to come?
