‘Pacific Rim’ Concept Art Reveals a Russian Jaeger and Skull Temple

In director Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim, the world has been overrun by gigantic kaiju monsters who destroy everything in their path. To combat this scourge, each country has built enormous robot fighting machines known as Jaegers. While we still have a few months to go before this action-thriller hits theaters, new concept art images put the enormity of these Jaegers in perspective. The first illustration, drawn by Doug Williams, shows the Russian Jaeger standing guard, towering over everything else around it. The second drawing showcases a bizarre Skull Temple, smack dab in the middle of an urban environment. We also have the magazine cover of Total Film's latest print edition, which features cast members Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, and Rinko Kikuchi. Take a look at the latest images from what will surely be one of this summer's biggest box office hits.
