A fourth giant robot blueprint has arrived in anticipation of Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim, this one offering a look at the 'Striker Eureka' Jaeger. This particular Jaeger is tailor-made for fighting off giant Kaiju sea monsters in Australia, and is stationed at the Sydney Shatterdome. It is described as the most advanced battle machine ever assembled: the biggest, fastest and strongest Jaeger ever to walk the earth. According to the blueprint, this Jaeger will launch on November 2, 2019. The emergency news broadcast seen yesterday took place during the summer of 2013. This means that it will take the U.N. a little more than six years to perfect their Kaiju fighting weaponry. But is Striker Eureka enough to save the planet? We'll have to wait until July to know for sure.
