According to Variety, Paramount's hitting the campus, setting up a feature development deal with the CollegeHumor.com Web site and Par-based Alphaville.

CollegeHumor.com, which reaches 9 million visitors per month, and Alphaville partner Sean Daniel are aiming to find feature projects reflecting the college experience along the lines of 1978's hit comedy National Lampoon's Animal House. Daniel was the Universal exec who oversaw Animal House.

"This deal is just a scam to get our names listed on IMDb," joked Ricky Van Veen, one of the four founders of the site. "What better person to get into the movie business with than the guy who brought together the National Lampoon with Animal House.
