Though a comedy, our exclusive clip from The Cobbler could almost be mistaken for a horror movie. In this scary scene, star Adam Sandler turns into a very old man after slipping on a pair of someone else's shoes. He finds his new body to be too old and decrepit to properly communicate. This sends a couple of kids running for their lives. Adam Sandler's impersonation of The Walking Dead is so horrifying, one kid even faints on the sidewalk.
In The Cobbler, Max Simkin (Adam Sandler) has had enough of working in his little New York shoe repair shop where he quietly envies people with more interesting lives. So when he discovers an old family heirloom with the magical ability to change his appearance and transform into any of his customers, the temptation is too good to pass up. However, his newfound ability to become someone else proves to be as troublesome as it is fun.Read More

Adam Sandler's second movie after leaving Saturday Night Live was Happy Gilmore, which has grown a huge cult following over the years and helped launch the comedian as one of today's biggest box office stars. Never judge a movie by it's premise. Image Entertainment has released a new trailer for The Cobbler. Maybe it will change your mind about what the film actually is, or isn't.

Following the news last month that Ridiculous 6 will be the first project in Adam Sandler's four-movie Netflix deal from September, Lost star Jorge Garcia has joined the cast. Warner Bros., the studio that produced Adam Sandler's last comedy Blended, was previously in talks to distribute the Western comedy Ridiculous 6. The studio backed out after both Blended and Seth MacFarlane's Western A Million Ways to Die in the West underperformed at the box office.

Taylor Lautner, Luke Wilson, Rob Schneider and Terry Crews are playing the orphan's half-brothers.
