Last week, we showed you a new clip from the sixth episode of Ash Vs. Evil Dead, which revealed that Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) is heading back to the place where this undead plague started, the Cabin. Today, we have a promo for the eighth episode, Ashes to Ashes, airing Saturday, December 19, which reveals that Ash has finally made it back to the Cabin. Unfortunately, we don't see any of the Deadites in this footage, but this episode revolves around Ash as he attempts to bury the book to end the Evil, but first he must contend with other, more physical things from his past.
A few days before Ash Vs. Evil Dead premiered in October, Starz issued a Season 2 renewal for the hit series, which will span 10 episodes. Bruce Campbell will be back as Ash, alongside Lucy Lawless as Ruby, but no other cast members have been confirmed for the new season. Could this mean that either Pablo or Kelly could meet their demise towards the end of this first season? We don't know for sure, but stay tuned for more on this hit series.Read More
While the last few zombie movies haven't brought in big business, with Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse and Maggie both faltering at the box office, it's a completely different story on TV. AMC's The Walking Dead, which just wrapped up the first half of Season 6, is going stronger than ever, and pulls in bigger ratings than some network programing. And Ash Vs. Evil Dead, which premiered this past October and is at the halfway mark of Season 1, has proven to be a giant hit with fans and critics alike. Considering that...What would it look like if both shows collided?
Ash Vs. Evil Dead star Bruce Campbell has 'supposedly' leaked the script for a crossover with The Walking Dead. And while that show is confirmed to run well into the next decade, with story lines mapped out through Season 12 and counting, this script is short. And sweet. In fact, the whole plot doesn't stretch beyond a page. Considering that one page of script usually translates to one minute of screen time, we're looking at a crossover episode that would last roughly :30 seconds.Read More

Bruce Campbell reveals that Ash has always kept his beloved chainsaw, shotgun and the Necronomicon, a.k.a. Book of the Dead for the past 30 years, but they've just been sitting on the shelf. The producers state that The Evil Dead fans will love the show because there are numerous "nods" to the original movies, including Ash's beloved car dubbed "The Classic." Ray Santiago believes that this show is actually creating a new genre for television, in the same way that Sam Raimi's movies birthed a new genre on the big screen.
