Better slow your roll there, Daniel Craig. While the actor has been openly on the fence about returning to reprise the character of James Bond after Spectre, it sounds like he's trying to talk his way out of the job. He's been rather scathing about the iconic super spy in recent interviews. And his latest bout with the press hints that Daniel Craig doesn't like James Bond at all. Talking with Red Bulletin, the official newsletter for Red Bull Energy Drinks, the actor once again blatantly called James a misogynist and claims that the secret agent has nothing to offer the world.
Many believe that Daniel Craig is the best actor to play James Bond since Sean Connery, though plenty of Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan fans will argue. There is no denying that he brings a certain weight and reality to 007 that was lacking in past incarnations of the super spy. But it sounds like Daniel Craig has absolutely nothing in common with this rogue lady's man. He's not alone, Sean Connery also notoriously hated playing Bond. There just must be something that rubs an actor the wrong way about his martini drinking ways.Read More
Many believe Sam Mendes will change his mind and return to direct a third 007 adventure. If that happens, we can expect to see Daniel Craig return as well. But if it doesn't happen, then Daniel Craig's days as Bond might truly be over. The actor is currently under contract for a 5th Bond movie, but it doesn't sound like producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson will stand in his way if he decides to go.
If Daniel Craig does decide to exit the role of James Bond, producers will certainly be on the lookout for a replacement. At the top of a lot of people's wish list is Idris Elba, who was name checked in an email that leaked during the Sony Hack of 2014. If he accepted the role, it would be the first time a person of color has played the part. Idris Elba himself claims that any chance of him playing 007 is long gone. But who knows? It could happen. If Daniel Craig does decide to step down, he is leaving a nice legacy in his wake, with his previous Bond movies some of the best reviewed installments of all time. What do you think? Will you be happy or sad to see him go? We have two new photos to share from the upcoming movie. Enjoy.Read More
Even if this rumor is true (which is quite possible since both Bond and Star Wars shoot at Pinewood Studios in England), and Daniel Craig does play a Stormtrooper, he certainly won't be readily identifiable by fans when Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters December 18. And, if it's not true, fans can still see the actor return as James Bond in Spectre, arriving in theaters November 6. Would you like to see Daniel Craig or Simon Pegg in a minor role? Let us know what you think below.

On Monday, the official Twitter account for the upcoming James Bond adventure Spectre revealed that production has resumed following a brief holiday hiatus, by posting a photo from the set that showcased a snowy environment. We had speculated that this photo was taken from Lake Altaussee in Austria, one of the previously-confirmed locations that Spectre is filming in. Now we have five new photos with cast members Daniel Craig (James Bond), Dave Bautista (Hinx) and Léa Seydoux (Madeleine Swann), which confirm that shooting is taking place at the Austrian ski resort Solden.
The official website for Solden confirms that filming will take place between January 7 and January 13, with the production returning to the resort from February 9 through February 17. The production will utilize a cable car, restaurant, a glacier road and tunnel during the Solden portion of Spectre's shoot. Naturally, no story details were uncovered as to why this snowy location is being use. The plot centers on Bond receiving a cryptic message from his past that leads him on a quest to reveal the sinister truth behind the Spectre organization. The production will also shoot at Pinewood Studios in London, and on location in Rome, Mexico City, Morocco and other Austrian locations such as Obertilliach and Lake Altaussee.Read More
