Mark Ruffalo might have portrayed Bruce Banner in 2012's Marvel's The Avengers, but when his character transformed into the Hulk, those roars and other sounds you heard coming from the Green Goliath were uttered by none other than Lou Ferrigno, who played the iconic character in the 1970s The Incredible Hulk TV series. Nuke the Fridge caught up with Lou Ferrigno at WonderCon over the weekend, where the iconic body builder confirmed that he will return to voice Hulk in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
In Marvel's The Avengers, Hulk only had one line of actual dialogue ("Puny God") which was delivered by Mark Ruffalo himself. Of course, since there is little to no information we have about the story for this Marvel Phase Two sequel, it isn't known if we will see more of Hulk, or if Bruce Banner well utilize most of the character's screen time. We've already seen some of Hulk's destruction in videos from the South Africa set, but it isn't known if Lou Ferrigno will have any dialogue this time around, or if that will all be handled by Mark Ruffalo.Read More
