EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Robert Duvall and Sissy Spacek Talk ‘Get Low’

Pound for pound Robert Duvall and Sissy Spacek are unarguably two of the finest actors in the history of cinema. Their resumes contain some of the greatest films ever made including The Godfather, To Kill a Mockingbird, Coal Miner's Daughter, Apocalypse Now, Tender Mercies, Carrie, JFK, Crimes of the Heart and The Apostle, yet the two powerhouse actors have never shared the screen together until now. Beginning July 30th, audiences can catch Duvall and Spacek together for the first time in the new film Get Low, which also co-stars acclaimed actor and comedic legend Bill Murray who's impressive body of work includes films like Ghostbusters, Tootsie, Lost In Translation and The Royal Tenenbaums. We recently had a chance to sit down and speak with legendary actors Robert Duvall and Sissy Spacek, as well as their co-star Lucas Black (Legion), director Aaron Schneider and producer Dean Zanuck about the new film, it's moving story and working with Bill Murray. To watch our exclusive interview please click on the video clip below.

Get Low is a magical and moving blend of folk tale, fable and real-life legend. Spun in the Southern storytelling tradition, it is about the mysterious 1930s Tennessee hermit who famously threw his own rollicking funeral party . . . while he was still alive. The film brings to life the surprising last act of Felix Bush (Robert Duvall), a life-long maverick and misfit who has been nearly swallowed up by the power of his town's sinister myths about him until he sets out to make a shocking confession in front of his own memorial service. Organized by a local undertaker (Bill Murray) and his sidekick (Lucas Black), the funeral will be more party than memorial and an event to which anyone and everyone will be invited and at which Bush will reveal a long kept secret. The result is a comic, poignant, at times haunting tale about the snowballing nature of secrets, stories, heartbreak and the desire for redemption.
