Paul Dano, Anton Yelchin, Travis Fimmel and Anson Mount are on the short list of contenders for lead roles in World of Warcraft. The news comes just one day after our report that Paula Patton is in negotiations and Colin Farrell was offered a role in this video game adaptation.

No details have been given on any of the characters these actors may be playing. Duncan Jones (Moon, Source Code) is directing from a screenplay by Charles Leavitt (Seventh Son). Sam Raimi, who was once attached to direct, is producing alongside Charles Roven and Legendary's Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni.

Yesterday, we reported that 20th Century Fox has set a Valentine's Day 2013 release date for A Good Day to Die Hard. Bruce Willis is set to return as the hard-nosed detective John McClane, and it seems he will have an adopted son in this sequel.
