‘Toy Story 4’ Brings on Writers Rashida Jones and Will McCormack

Disney announced during an earnings conference call earlier today that Toy Story 4 is currently in the works. Disney later issued an official press release, which includes the news that Rashida Jones and her Celeste and Jesse Forever writing partner Will McCormack have been tasked with writing the screenplay.

John Lasseter, director of the original Toy Story and Toy Story 2, will direct the film, which opens a new chapter in the lives of Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the Toy Story gang. The story was dreamt up by Lasseter, Andrew Stanton, Pete Docter and Lee Unkrich, the storytellers who have been the driving force behind all three Toy Story films.

‘Cuban Fury’ Trailer Starring Nick Frost and Rashida Jones

Following the international trailer from November and the character posters from last month, Entertainment One has debuted the first domestic trailer for Cuban Fury. Nick Frost stars as Bruce Garrett, a former salsa dancing prodigy whose burgeoning career was ruined many years ago. He attempts a comeback in order to impress his new boss Julia (Rashida Jones). Chris O'Dowd, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Ian McShane and Olivia Colman round out an all-star cast for director James Griffiths' upcoming comedy, in theaters April 11.
