Back in April, we reported that the extremely busy filmmaking duo of Phil Lord and Chris Miller have been set to write a story treatment for Warner Bros.' The Flash. It was believed that the filmmakers would come aboard to direct, but back in July, they signed on to direct Star Wars Anthology: Han Solo Movie for LucasFilm. Today, The Hollywood Reporter has word that Seth Grahame-Smith has signed on to write and direct The Flash.
Ezra Miller has been attached to star ever since Warner Bros. announced their massive superhero movie slate last October. Back in May, Phil Lord revealed that their story will likely focus on Barry Allen, and that it will be separate from The Flash TV series, which stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen. There have been rumors that The Flash and the rest of the Justice League members will be introduced at the end of next year's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but that has never been confirmed.Read More
