Columbia Pictures is developing a third installment of the "Bad Boys" franchise. The studio hopes to have a script that would reunite director Michael Bay, producer Jerry Bruckheimer and stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. The first "Bad Boys" was released in 1995 and grossed $66 million domestically and $141 million worldwide. The 2003 sequel grossed $138 million domestically and $273 million worldwide.
The story is set in Boston and centers on a man (Smith) who is wrongly convicted of murder. He escapes from prison determined to prove his innocence — a nearly impossible task after the widow of the man he supposedly killed puts a $10 million bounty on him, dead or alive.
Smith will play a (human) police officer who joins up with an orc played by Edgerton to find a magic wand that could do some damage in the wrong hands. In the world of the film, humans live alongside fantastical beings (like orcs and fairies). Naturally, the police have a unit committed to solving supernatural crime.

Since its inception in 1929, The Academy Awards has become the event of the year for film followers worldwide. A celebration of all things cinematic, the presentation of the iconic gold Oscar statuettes to members of the film community for excellence during the year represents the highest honor in filmmaking. The Oscars is one of the only awards ceremonies that've never been cancelled.
In similar fashion to their film equivalent (The Academy Awards), The Grammys is an awards show that honors the achievements of the members of the professional music recording industry through a voting system. The members of the Recording Academy vote on who they think is most deserving of an award in 108 categories as specified by the academy. Each year the awards are presented during a live telecast that was begun in 1971 by ABC, but has since been televised by CBS after they bought it in 1973. They were initially known as the Gramophone Awards this is because the trophy itself is a golden gramophone but later they became the Grammys.
Broadway's best have been recognized every year in this awards event since April 4, 1947. First televised broadcast was in 1967. The Tony Awards typically features musical numbers from nominated musicals. Over the years, they have occasionally featured excerpts (live and/or filmed) from nominated plays, as well. Over the years, the telecast has been hosted by the likes of Angela Lansbury, Hugh Jackson and Rosie O'Donnell, who, at the height of her popularity, boosted the ratings considerably. Networks airing the program have varied and sometimes technical awards have been presented on a second PBS broadcast directly preceeding the main event. While honoring the best of Broadway, it is the single biggest promotional event for New York Theatre each year.
