Comic-Con: ‘Hitman: Agent 47’ Interviews with Zachary Quinto and Hannah Ware

One of the more anticipated movies 20th Century Fox brought to Hall H for Comic-Con was Hitman: Agent 47, which stars Rupert Friend in the title role. While the actor wasn't there himself, the studio did tease a few scenes from the action-packed thriller, which received a warm reception from the crowd. On hand for interviews were Zachary Quinto, who plays a mysterious and deadly bad guy named Johnny Smith, and Hannah Ware who plays leading lady Katia. Here they are, directly from the convention center floor.

Based on the top-selling, award-winning videogame franchise, Hitman: Agent 47 is an all-new motion picture about an elite and genetically engineered assassin, known only by the last two digits - 47 - of a barcode tattooed on the back of his neck.

Zachary Quinto May Return as Sylar in ‘Heroes Reborn’

Zachary Quinto May Return as Sylar in ‘Heroes Reborn’

Will Zachary Quinto return as the villainous Sylar in Heroes Reborn? It's a question the actor is currently struggling with. On one hand, he wants to honor and celebrate the role that put him on the map. On the other, he doesn't want to take a step backwards in his career, which he feels this would be doing.

Creator Tim King has made it known that a select few members of the original Heroes cast will be returning for this sequel to the series. It's also considered a reboot of sorts. In the past, Hayden Panettiere claimed she had no knowledge of Heroes Reborn, and it sounded unlikely that she would return as cheerleader-turned-world's savior Clair Bennet. But shortly after she spoke publicly about not being asked to return for the series, it was confirmed that her on-screen father, Jack Coleman, would return for a second go-round.

Zachary Quinto Joins ‘Hitman’ Reboot ‘Agent 47’

Zachary Quinto has signed on for a supporting role in Fox International's Agent 47 reboot. The news comes just weeks after Rupert Friend signed on to play the title character, replacing the late Paul Walker.

The project was initially scheduled to start production this February, but that was before Paul Walker tragically died this past November in a car crash. The reboot is based on the Square Enix video game franchise, which follows a mysterious assassin known only as Agent 47, who has a barcode tattooed to the back of his head and works for a shadowy organization. The video game series, which has sold more than 20 million units since its launch, was adapted into the 2007 movie Hitman starring Timothy Olyphant, which earned just under $100 million worldwide, with $60.2 million coming from international markets. No story details have been released yet.
