Just one month after the first Point Break photos surfaced, Warner Bros. and Alcon Entertainment have released the first trailer for this highly-anticipated action remake, arriving in theaters Decemeber 25. Edgar Ramirez and Luke Bracey star as the enigmatic Bodhi and FBI agent Johnny Utah in the remake, roles which were first portrayed by Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves in the original 1991 action classic, directed by Kathryn Bigelow. This new version of Point Break explores the world of extreme sports, as opposed to the surfing world portrayed in the original.

In Alcon Entertainment's fast-paced, high-adrenaline action thriller Point Break, a young FBI agent, Johnny Utah (Luke Bracey), infiltrates a cunning team of thrill seeking elite athletes, led by the charismatic Bodhi (Edgar Ramirez). The athletes are suspected of carrying out a string of staggering crimes that kill innocent people and send the world's economy into a tailspin. Deep undercover, and with his life in imminent danger, Utah strives to prove they are the callous architects of these inconceivable crimes.

The action-packed remake is replete with the most daring athleticism ever seen in a motion picture. These action adventure feats are performed by extreme athletes representing the world's best in class in big-wave surfing, wingsuit flying, sheer-face snowboarding, free rock climbing, and high-speed motorcycling. The supporting cast includes Teresa Palmer, Ray Winstone, Delroy Lindo and Tobias Santelmann in director Ericson Core's action-thriller, arriving in theaters December 25.
