A few weeks ago, the cast of Lionsgate and Saban's Power Rangers movie reboot confirmed they'd have a big presence at San Diego Comic-Con this week. Though, when the official schedule was released, there was no Hall H panel announced. It is believed that the first trailer for this anticipated sci-fi epic will still arrive at some point during the big event. We just don't know when or where. Until that happens, we have a new photo to tide fans over. And it should make some of you very happy, while winding up others who are not in favor of the changes being made to this popular franchise.

This latest images arrives courtesy of USA Today and their special Comic-Con preview. It shows us the main cast of new Power Rangers in their costumes for the first time. The gang goes unmasked, though we don't get to see these new suits in full. Pictured from left to right are Kimberly the Pink Ranger (Naomi Scott), Billy the Blue Ranger (RJ Cyler), Jason the Red Ranger (Dacre Montgomery), Zack the Black Ranger (Ludi Lin) and Trini the Yellow Ranger (Becky G) in 'Power Rangers.'

While USA Today is doing a special look at Comic-Con, their story does not specifically state what kind of presence these Angel Grove High Schoolers will have in San Diego. As of now, there is only one Mighty Morphin Power Rangers panel planned for Friday, July 22 at 11:30 am in Room 5AB. It is possible that the first trailer could debut here, but the Q&A panel is specifically about the new Boom! comic and not the movie. Here is the official description of what to expect if you plan on attending.

"In January, BOOM! Studios launched Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a new comic series based on Saban Brands' hit '90s live-action children's TV series about a group of ordinary teenagers who "morphed" into superheroes to save the world from evil. Series writer Kyle Higgins, cover artist Goñi Montes, The Ongoing Adventures of Bulk and Skull writer Steve Orlando, editor Dafna Pleban, Saban Brands director of development and production Melissa Flores, and Saban Brands director of global consumer products Jason Bischoff talk about the series, the spinoff Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink, and the everlasting popularity of these "teenagers with attitude." Moderated by stunt performer and actor, long-time Power Rangers superfan, and Blue Ranger on the current season of Power Rangers Dino Super Charge, Yoshi Sudarso. Plus everyone in attendance will receive a free Power Rangers item!"

As you can see, there is no mention of the movie at all. But that doesn't mean Lionsgate isn't planning a big surprise for this panel. And perhaps Lionsgate will still have a presence at the con. Their new horror sequel Saw 8 was also supposed to be officially announced during the event. While we await some kind of confirmation on when and where we'll see the first Power Ranger trailer, take a look as the gang suits up!
