It is being reported this afternoon that Quentin Tarantino has finished the first draft of his latest screenplay, presumed to be his next movie, and it is a Western. The working title as we know it to be is currently The Hateful Eight.

No story details have been revealed at this time, but it sounds like we may be gearing up for an old man version of the The Magnificent Seven.

There are two leads currently wanted by Quentin Tarantino, if we're to believe the news surrounding the project. The first comes as no surprise, as Christoph Waltz name is being associated with the developing action movie. The second actor is Bruce Dern, who had a very small role in Django Unchained. Might he be playing the same character?

Quentin Tarantino is said to be in the process of showing off the screenplay to both actors, as well as other undisclosed individuals he may be interested in working with. He will gather their feedback, and then continue working throughout 2014 on finishing a shooting script.

There has currently been no comment from any of the individuals involved with receiving the screenplay just yet.
