Disney's D23 Expo is in full swing this afternoon, with tons of exciting Disney and Pixar animation news starting to flood in. First up, it was announced from Anaheim that Raising Hope's Lucas Neff, who plays Jimmy on the popular Fox sitcom, will take the lead in The Good Dinosaur, arriving in theaters May 2014.

This comedy adventure revolves around the concept of what Earth would currently be like had the dinosaurs never gone extinct. Lucas Neff is playing Arlo, an Apatosaurus.

In the film, we will also be introduced to Arlo's family, including Poppa (John Leguizamo), Momma (Frances McDormand) and Sister Ivy (Judy Greer). Bill Hader and Neil Patrick Harris will round out the main voice cast as Arlo's two older brothers.
