Ralph Fiennes is in talks to star in The Grand Budapest Hotel for Indian Paintbrush and writer-director Wes Anderson (Moonrise Kingdom).

The actor is in negotiations to play M. Gustave, the "perfectly composed concierge" that works at the title locale. Wes Anderson confirmed last month that Bill Murray is starring in an unspecified role, although he also debunked a rumor that Johnny Depp will be involved. The filmmaker has reportedly recruited Jude Law and Angela Lansbury to star, although it isn't known if they have been confirmed to join the cast.

Wes Anderson is directing from his own original screenplay, with Scott Rudin and Steven M. Rales producing. It isn't known when production will begin at this time.

Ralph Fiennes will next be seen in the upcoming 007 thriller Skyfall, opening in theaters next month.
