Director Louis Leterrier might have his God of the Underworld fairly soon. According to Variety, Ralph Fiennes is in talks to portray Hades in Leterrier's remake Clash of the Titans.

If Fiennes signed on, he would join a cast that includes Gemma Arterton, Mads Mikkelsen, Alexa Davalos and Sam Worthington. Liam Neeson has signed on to portray the Greek god Zeus, but his status is unclear due to the untimely death of his wife, actress Natasha Richardson.

It wasn't clear when production would start on Leterrier's remake, which is a retelling of the Greek myth of Perseus, but it was said that Fiennes would like to fit this in before he returns to take on Lord Voldemort for the final time in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
