The mysterious, dangerous and reptilious Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are caught trying to stealthily celebrate on a New York City rooftop in two new TV spots where April O'Neil (Megan Fox) first meets these heroes in a half-shell. This footage also shows Michelangelo (Noel Fisher) using a car as a makeshift snowboard to ride down an avalanche and accidentally showing off their van's firepower in a parking garage, along with a quick glimpse at Whoopi Goldberg's character Bernadette Thompson, April O'Neil's boss at Channel 5. The second spot shows more footage of the turtles in action, along with a scene that teases the brothers' beatboxing skills while riding in an elevator.

You've never seen heroes like this in these scenes from director Jonathan Liebesman's live-action adventure, arriving in theaters August 8.

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April O'Neil (Megan Fox) and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett) to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan.
