Actor Boris Kodjoe announced he will be returning for Resident Evil: Retribution via his Twitter page:

"Ok, Resident Evil fans, [Milla Jovovich] and myself are up here in Toronto getting ready for RE5 More action than ever!!!"

Boris Kodjoe played Luther West in Resident Evil: Afterlife, and joins Milla Jovovich, Colin Salmon and Sienna Guillory in the sequel.

Paul W.S. Anderson is directing the film in Toronto.
