It seems now that director Roman Polanski won't be extradited to the United States, he's setting up his next film project. New York Daily News is reporting that Polanski is prepping God of Carnage as his next film.

The site revealed that the director had been working with French playwright Yasmina Reza for more than a year on adapting her play for the silver screen. It was said that the film will be set in New York City but will be shot in Europe. The play revolves around a two boys who get in a playground fight and whose parents become at odds with one another in dramatically tense ways.

It wasn't said where in Europe Polanski is planning to shoot the film, but it was said that the film will go before cameras sometime next year.
