Ron White Gets His Own Comedy Central Show

Comedy Central is adding the one they call Tater Salad to their programming lineup. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Blue Collar Comedy Tour comedian Ron White has just signed on for his own show on Comedy Central.

The Ron White Show was given a pilot presentation order by the network, which will display the comedian's unique persona through branded segments which will feature White offering his perspective on nationwide news stories. White created the show with Eddie Feldmann, who are both executive producing.

The pilot order comes on the heels of White's latest Comedy Central stand-up special, Behavioral Problems, which drew 3.3 million viewers, the network's highest-rated stand-up special this year.
