While controversial comedian Sacha Baron Cohen is no stranger to lawsuits, his latest comes a month before his new film is even released. According to The Hollywood Reporter, a woman has filed a lawsuit seeking damages from an injury she allegedly sustained while Cohen was filming Bruno, which is due in theaters July 10.

Richelle Olson filed the suit in Lancaster, CA on May 22, claiming she was left disabled after an altercation with Cohen at a bingo game. The suit claims that Cohen used vulgar language and struggled for the microphone at the bingo game. Olson apparently fled to a nearby room where she hit her head on a concrete floor and now Olson must use either a wheelchair or a cane.

The lawsuit, filed against both Cohen and NBC Universal, is seeking $25,000 in damages. Reps for Cohen and the film's publicists did not return calls about the lawsuit.
