Presidential hopeful Donald Trump will return to studio 8H as host for Saturday Night Live on November 7. Trump previously hosted SNL on April 3, 2004. Returning for her second musical guest appearance, Sia's forthcoming album "This Is Acting" features her new single "Alive." Her last album, the gold certified "1000 Forms Of Fear" reached Number One on the charts and featured four-time Grammy nominated single "Chandelier."

The news may come as a surprise, since NBC famously "fired" Donald Trump earlier this year, after the Republican Presidential candidate made derogatory remarks about immigrants. The network ended their business relationship, pulling the plug on Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants that were part of a joint venture between the network and Trump. The Miss USA pageant aired on the independent REELZ Channel back in July.

Donald Trump also let NBC know that he would not be back to host Celebrity Apprentice, so he could focus on his Presidential campaign. The network announced last month that Arnold Schwarzenegger will step in to replace Trump. It remains to be seen whether or not Arnold Schwarzenegger will use Donald Trump's iconic catch phrase "You're Fired," or if he will come up with his own unique saying. During Donald Trump's stint on Celebrity Apprentice, he was successful in raising $15 million for charity.

It's worth noting that the Saturday Night Live Season 41 premiere kicked off with a cold open featuring Taran Killam impersonating Donald Trump, so we'll have to wait and see if the politician will interact with his impersonator. Donald Trump previously announced plans to sue the network for breach of contract after they pulled the plug on Miss USA and Miss Universe. He eventually settled with the network, and he even recently appeared on a skit with NBC's late night talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The latest polls have Donald Trump as the leading Republican candidate, with 27% of voters backing him, six points ahead of Ben Carson. It's certainly possible that his stint on Saturday Night Live could help widen his lead over the rest of the Republican field. Are you looking forward to seeing Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live November 7?
