‘Scream 4’ Official Website Launched

You can add characters such as Sidney Prescott as a friend on Facebook, watch the trailers and even enter a contest to win a trip to the sequel's premiere.

‘Scream 4’ Official Website Launched

Scream 4 launches official website Dimension Films has launched the official website for the horror sequel Scream 4, which hits theaters nationwide on April 15.

You can connect to the site using your Facebook profile and add Neve Campbell's character Sidney Prescott as a friend. There is also a synopsis, character bios, trailers, a photo gallery, and downloadable desktops and AIM buddy icons. The site also indicates that a new smartphone application, Scream 4 Voice Mask, is coming soon.

The site is also hosting a contest where users can sign up to win a trip to the Scream 4 premiere, by simply sharing the trailer with your friends on Facebook. Other prizes include posters signed by the cast and t-shirts, with new winners announced every week.

        I'm a hardcore Scream fan, but there's no way I'm gonna pay 10 bucks to see this in theaters. Some movies you can just tell by the trailer they're gonna be sh*t. This is one of 'em. I'll see it once it comes to Netflix.
