A new report from The Wrap reveals that The Sinister Six lineup is not yet firmly set in stone, following a report from yesterday that teasingly revealed the villainous roster.

When fans head to theaters for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 this weekend, they can use their Shazam app during the end credits song 'It's On Again' by Alicia Keys featuring Kendrick Lamar, which sends a number of images to your mobile device. These images include blueprints of the Rhino suit, the Goblin glider, Doc Ock's arms, Kraven's spear, Vulture's wing and Mysterio's mask. It was previously speculated that the mask belonged to Chameleon, but that is not the case.

Drew Goddard, who was confirmed to write and direct The Sinister Six earlier this month, is still working on the screenplay. While these six villains seem like a shoe-in for the first installment of this super villain epic, that could change. Other villains that might make the cut are Venom, Carnage, and Black Cat. Of the six that are being teased right now, Goblin and Rhino were not members of the original line-up. Left out are Electro and Sandman. While Doc Ock founded The Sinister Six , Dane DeHaan, who plays Harry Osborn in Dane DeHaan, teased that the group actually forms under the watchful eye of Goblin.

Production is scheduled to begin as early as January 2015. It still isn't known if Spider-Man himself, Andrew Garfield will make an appearance in this spin-off, but if shooting does begin right at the start of the New Year, he'll have time to squeeze in a cameo before The Amazing Spider-Man 3, which is set for release on June 10, 2016 and also begins shooting early next year.
