iI agree that "smallville" has been done enough but I really wish the cast could come back for a short spin off. its kept Superman in the lime light and stayed mainstream. it was truly a wild ride. I loved every min of it

I hope the reason they had so many fill in episodes this season was because they were saving their money for an EPIC finale

This is going to be both epic and sad. I hate to see this great show disapear but you kow what they say, quit while your ahead and i really think they have explored Supes smallville days to the Nth degree. Its time for Supes to grow up and become the hero we all know and...love?

@playhouse Yeah, they used to use them in actual episodes; they used the williams score in most of the episodes in which Virgil Swann was present (the reason why is obvious ; ))

@jptheredskull Space has been using the Williams Superman theme in their promos for years now. I've liked that the CW has been using the Krypton theme in theirs. And as much as I've enjoyed Louis Febre's work, I do hope he manages to incorporate Williams' themes into the actual episodes.

They really were packing a punch for the end. Never would've guessed they'd bring in the whole planet of Apokolips to attack the Earth. This is the perfect way for Clark to step out into the world as Superman.
