According to Variety, TV scribe Jeff Lowell has sold the romantic comedy pitch Fetch to Sony in a mid-six-figure deal for Neal Moritz's Original shingle to produce.

The picture is described as Look Who's Talking but with a dog instead of a baby.

Lowell's writing credits include "The Drew Carey Show," "Spin City" and "Just Shoot Me." On the feature front, he recently sold his script John Tucker to Fox.
