Fans are still breaking down the second trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens that debuted at Star Wars Celebration last week, but today we have three new photos from this highly-anticipated sci-fi adventure, featuring Daisy Ridley's Rey and everyone's favorite ball droid, BB-8. Entertainment Weekly also spoke with Daisy Ridley, who wouldn't shed any light on specific plot details, but she did share where her favorite location was to shoot.

"Weirdly enough, probably Abu Dhabi, even though it was so hot, it was like you literally can't imagine that heat. The feeling of stepping onto a real set for the first time, it genuinely was a baptism of fire. To see creatures walking around and speeders chilling in the sand, that was amazing, and because I was shooting there, it was like everything had built up to that moment. So a few days in, I was like, OK. I'm getting my groove now."

In commenting on her experience working with the original trilogy actors and what it was like for them to return to roles they hadn't stepped foot into in over 30 years, Ridley went back and watched the the younger versions of her co-stars in the original 1977 movie, Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.

"It was weird, in hindsight, going back to watching the film after having seen it, and then having worked with them, and then going to watch it again, it was a weird thing."

There still isn't a whole lot we know about Daisy Ridley's Rey, except that she's a scavenger from the desert planet known as Jakku. It isn't known how much more will be revealed about Rey, or the rest of these new characters, before Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18.
