According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Home Video's campy version of Starsky & Hutch entered the video charts with a bang, landing at No. 1 on Video Store magazine's top rentals list and No. 1 on Nielsen VideoScan's First Alert DVD chart for the week ending July 25th.

WHV also made a splash by announcing that the latest installment of the blockbuster wizard franchise, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, would be released Nov. 23rd, just in time for the holidays. Meanwhile, Universal Studios Home Video's The Bourne Identity Extended Edition topped VideoScan's DVD Consumer Sales chart for the week ending July 17th, presaging the success of its sequel, The Bourne Supremacy, which sits atop the domestic boxoffice charts this week.
