Warner Bros. has released two trailers for their highly-anticipated Suicide Squad so far, and while both videos have featured The Joker (Jared Leto), we still haven't seen a whole lot of footage of this iconic villain. We still have several months left until the August 5 release date, and while we wait for the next trailer to surface, new action figure photos have debuted which give us a unique look at the clown prince, who is sporting the unique trench coat with no shirt and shoes look. It isn't known when this action figure will go on sale, but we'll keep you posted with more details as soon as they surface.

Toy Ark discovered these photos, which showcase Mediacom's MAFEX figures from Suicide Squad. Their Joker figure will include a cane and interchangeable head sculpts, standing over 6 inches tall with over 20 points of articulation. No pricing details have been released yet, and it isn't known which Suicide Squad characters will be unveiled next from this line. Here's the official Suicide Squad synopsis released by Warner Bros. last week.

"It feels good to be bad... Assemble a team of the world's most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government's disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren't picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it's every man for himself?"

The all-star ensemble cast for Suicide Squad includes Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jared Leto (The Joker), Jai Courtney (Boomerang), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Karen Fukuhara (Katana) Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), and Jay Hernandez (El Diablo). Created by Robert Kanigher and Ross Andru for DC Comics in 1959, the Suicide Squad follows a group of super villains tasked by the U.S. Government to pull off a secret mission. The catch is that it will be nearly impossible, and most of them, if not all, will return in body bags. If they make it out alive, they will be rewarded for their freedom.

Jared Leto's exploits before, during and after production on Suicide Squad have become the stuff of legend. We reported just last week that he met with actual psychopaths and murderers, along with the doctors and psychiatrists who dealt with them, in preparation for this iconic role. While filming was under way in Toronto, he would reportedly never break character, and he even sent a number of bizarre gifts to his co-stars before production started last year. Take a look at these new Joker action figure photos, and stay tuned for more updates on other Suicide Squad toys.
