The summer movie season begins now!…Sort of. This is that wonderful time of year where all the hype for all super big event flicks kicks into gear. Take a look at the trailer section for glimpses into Men in Black 2, Austin Powers 3 and more!

It’s official: Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring has been crowned the #1 top reviewed film on the legendary Internet Movie Database with an average 9.4 out of 10. That puts it ahead of such critical powerhouses as The Godfather, Citizen Kane and Freddy Got Fingered. Speaking of which, check out this old super-teaser looking into the production of all three ‘Lord flicks right here.

Variety reports Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson may team up for yet another ‘Sandler comedy – this time, about a guy (Adam) going to an Anger Management clinic taught by angry, abusive hypocrite teacher Jack. The title will most likely be “Anger Management” (although “One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest II: Revenge of that Indian Guy,” really should be considered).

Movienews.com reports long time friends and associates Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump) and Steven Speilberg (Always, Hook) will most likely end their 30 year long business relationship (starting when Speilberg treated Rob’s script, 1941, at USC). What does this spell for us movie goers? Not too much .
