It's official! Arrow is fighting Stardust in the ring at WWE SummerSlam 2015! A war has been brewing for a long time between Arrow star Stephen Amell and WWE Superstar Stardust. It was announced early last week that Stephen Amell will face off against his opponent at the annual event. Now, in a new Facebook video, The CW star has confirmed that he will be wearing his iconic costume during the brawl.

Stephen Amell and WWE Superstar Stardust have been engaged in a heated Twitter War for quite sometime. Stephen Amell is a huge WWE fan, claiming he's been a fantastic since it was called the WWF. He's basically been begging the WWE to let him participate in some capacity. On last week's Monday Night RAW, he finally got his wish. He was allowed to be a guest. And the build-up and insults leading to his bought with Stardust were very intense.

Stardust spotted Stephen Amell in the auditorium, taunting the 'TV actor'. Then he took a cheap shot, punching Oliver Queen right in the face. Stephen Amell flew into the ring after him, pummeling Stardust for a few glorious seconds. But security was quick and pulled him out of the ring before he could inflict much damage.

Following the commercial break, Triple H confronted Stephen Amell backstage. It was here that Stephen Amell revealed his plan to join Neville (aka The Red Arrow) in the ring to face off against Stardust at this year's SummerSlam. Thus, the stage was set, and Stephen Amell and Neville will now be taking on Stardust and Barrett at SummerSlam this weekend. The event happens August 23, 2015, at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York City, New York. While Stephen Amell wasn't in his Arrow costume for last week's appearance, it is now confirmed that Oliver Queen will wear his new Green Arrow costume into the ring. The updated uniform was shown off during Comic-Con 2015, and this will be the second time the actor has worn it live on stage.

As you can see in the video, Stephen Amell is having a great time with all of this. He teases his appearance, and his plans for the weekend, leading up to the big match. Now, the question on everone's mind is, will Neville be showing up in his Red Arrow costume? That has yet to be revealed.

Arrow Season 4 doesn't kick off until October 7, at 8:00 pm on The CW. So fans needing their Oliver Queen fix will have to get it this weekend. When last we saw the iconic DC Comics hero, he had just defeated his most formidable foe and rode off into the sunset with longtime flame Felicity Smoak. Oliver Queen (a.k.a. The Arrow) had left Starling City hoping to begin a new life. But will Oliver ever truly be able to leave behind his past as the Arrow? What becomes of the team he has worked so hard to assemble? Will Diggle, Thea, and Laurel be left to continue Oliver's crusade without him? And with Malcolm Merlyn having ascended to the top of the League of Assassins as the new Ra's al Ghul, is anyone really safe? Those questions and more will be answered soon. In the meantime, check it out as Stephen Amell prepares for his trip to Brooklyn.
