‘Suspiria’ Remake Lands Isabelle Fuhrman

Isabelle Fuhrman takes the lead in SuspiriaIsabelle Fuhrman has taken the lead in director David Gordon Green's remake of the classic Dario Argento horror film Suspiria.

The fifteen-year-old actress will play Suzy Banyon (a role originated by the then-twenty-eight-year-old Jessica Harper), a young American girl who transfers to a ballet school in Italy, only to find it controlled by a coven of evil witches.

Other recent cast additions include Isabelle Huppert, Janet McTeer, Michael Nyqvist, and Antje Traue.

Suspiria begins filming this September.

Suspiria was released in 2013.

    interesting choice for cast and director. Dario Argento's is sort of a horror masterpiece but i will give this a chacne.

      While I consider the original to be one of the greatest horror films of all time, this cast and director intrigue me, so I am looking forward to seeing how this turns out.
