Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Bebop in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 will be played by The Boondocks voice actor Gary Anthony Williams. It has been confirmed for several months that both Bebop and his villainous companion Rocksteady will be featured in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, but it was never announced who will play Rocksteady. Today it was revealed that none other than Stephen Farrelly, best known as WWE Superstar Sheamus, is playing Rocksteady. Sheamus posted a photo of himself on the set, alongside his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 co-stars Gary Anthony Williams, Brian Tee (Shredder) and Mirelly Taylor, whose role has not yet been confirmed.

Both Bebop and Rocksteady were initially written into the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles script, but they were eventually cut from the story. The characters, a humanoid warthog and rhinoceros, were quite popular during the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' animated TV series, but they have never been portrayed in a live action movie until now. It isn't known how large their roles will be in this upcoming sequel, which is currently shooting in New York City.

Megan Fox (April O'Neil) and Will Arnett (Vern Fenwick) reprise their roles from last year's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, along with the heroes in a half-shell themselves, played by Alan Ritchson (Raphael), Noel Fisher (Michelangelo), Pete Ploszek (Leonardo) and Jeremy Howard (Donatello). New casting additions include Alessandra Ambrosio as herself, the new love interest of Vern Fenwick, Tyler Perry (Baxter Stockman), Stephen Amell (Casey Jones) and Laura Linney in an unspecified role. Take a look at Sheamus' photo from the set, and stay tuned for more on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.
