Movie based on the video game - set in medieval Persia, Earth's mightiest and most mysterious kingdom, where a king and his son defeat the powerful Maharajah and kidnap his daughter, looting his palace of priceless treasure, including an extravagant hourglass, and a mysterious dagger.

Prince of Persia stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Arterton, Alfred Molina, Ben Kingsley and Toby Kebbell. The film comes to theaters May 28 from Walt Disney Pictures.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was released May 28th, 2010.

    This falls nicely in the Bruckheimer category.. fast paced, lots of action and CGI stuff going on.. sort of like the mummy sequels... hopefullythe caracters will make some impact next to the CGI and action..

              Still looks great, though I wish Jake wasn't in it, can we get a Persian. Hell, right now on 24 there's an actor that really looks like the character.

                Somehow, I'm not very moved. Looks good, but it just seemed like a rehash of the first trailer. Nothing really new except the snake and more "almost" kisses. Hmm...
