Adam Hall, a retired C.I.A. agent, has to locate and neutralize Liam Fallon, an armed IRA terrorist. Fallon has begun a murder and mayhem spree aimed at ending the peace talks. Hall has to get help from Fallon's brother, the convicted terrorist responsible for the murder of Hall's sister, in order to apprehend Fallon.
