‘The Dark Knight Rises’ to Shoot in India

The Dark Knight Rises to bring production to India Production on Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises is going to take place in India, reports Daily Bhaskar:

"Jodhpur: Vroom vroom.....and even before you realise Batmobile may have blazed past you at a thunderous speed, right here in Jodhpur. Wondering what we're talking about? Get set to welcome DC Comics superhero Batman as he arrives in the Blue City.

The Information and Broadcasting Ministry has given the nod to US-based Cape Road Productions to lense the next Batman flick, The Dark Knight Rises in Jodhpur."

Production is underway right now, and just http://movieweb.com/the-dark-knight-rises-christian-bale-make-up-test-has-him-beaten-by-bane/yesterday surfaced a leaked photo of Christian Bale in what could be make-up for the upcoming The Dark Knight Rises.

The Dark Knight Rises was released July 20th, 2012.

          @AYLAGA5 That's not correct champ. The teaser trailer was released pretty much July 28. 07. The official trailer date release was correct too. My point was, the trailer release is not too far away.

              Might as well change the title to : The Dark Knight Travels

                These exotic locales are getting me more skeptical on this thing. They tell me this may be a League of Shadows rehash, which I pray it is not.

                        @DB23.

                        The december 17 trailer, it was actually a teaser trailer. Where they only showed the batman logo getting destroyed. THe actual trailer came out like right after Heath death.

                            I love all these "The Dark Knight Rises to Shoot in..." articles because the pictures for them are always that same shot of batman green screened to a new location :P

                              Can't wait!!!

                              @incmob I can't wait that long so I'm focusing on the trailer release date. In 2008 'The Dark Knight' scheduled date release is similar to the '...Rises' (July 20) The trailer was released (Dec 17) around 7 months prior to that. So we can most likely expect the same with the trailer release date. I'm counting down the clock, till the official trailer is release, rather then actual film, thus making it seem closer :)

                              So roughly 230 days to go.
