Paramount Pictures has released a 4-minute clip from their upcoming comedy The Dictator, which gives away one of the better bits from director Larry Charles' summer comedy starring frequent collaborator Sacha Baron Cohen as the Dictator Aladeen of the Republic of Wadiya. Watch as Aladeen and his cohort (the very funny Jason Mantzoukas of The League) take a Gotham Helicopter Tour, terrorizing other American tourists.
