The upcoming August print edition of Empire Magazine will feature The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug stars Orlando Bloom, Evangeline Lilly and Lee Pace on the cover. Orlando Bloom reprises his role as Legolas, the archer elf from The Lord of the Rings trilogy, who joins Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) on his journey. Evangeline Lilly stars as Tauriel, the leader of the Evlen Guard and a character who wasn't featured in J.R.R. Tolkien's original novel. Lee Pace plays Thradruil, the elven king of Mirkwood, who was first seen in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
