Jeffrey Wright is Beetee in the latest Capitol Couture Portrait, celebrating Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta's (Josh Hutcherson) win at the 74th annual Hunger Games in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

Beetee is an 'exceptionally smart' older victor from District 3 who makes an alliance with Katniss, Peeta and Finnick (Sam Claflin) during the 75th Annual Hunger Games, which pits past winners against each other. Beetee's plan to harness lightening and electrocute two other contenders is used for a better cause that results in the temporary paralysis of Katniss on the playing field.
