District 4's Finnick Odair won the 65th Annual Hunger Games at just 14 years of age, who emerged victorious primarily due to his cunning use of a net that ensnared other Tributes. He is chosen to participate in The 75th Annual Hunger Games (a.k.a. The Quarter Quell), which features past victors as the combatants. During the Games, he forms an alliance with his fellow District 4 tribute Mags (Lynn Cohen), his former mentor, Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), Beetee (Jeffrey Wright), Wiress (Amanda Plummer), and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone).

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire was released November 22nd, 2013.
