Production is currently under way on Lionsgate's highly-anticipated sequel The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in Atlanta, Georgia. This scene finds him announcing the twist of the 75th Hunger Games known as the Quarter Quell, which will see past Hunger Games winners invited back into the battle arena!
