‘The Kings of Summer’ Trailer

CBS Films has released the first trailer for The Kings of Summer, director Jordan Vogt-Roberts' coming-of-age comedy. The studio also announced that the movie will be released on May 31, a two-week bump from its original June 14 release. Nick Robinson, Gabriel Basso, and Moises Arias star as three teenagers who decide to build their own house in the woods and live off the land for a summer. Check out the new footage for this comedy, also starring Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Megan Mullally, and Mary Lynn Rajskub.

Premiering to rave reviews at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, The Kings of Summer is a unique coming-of-age comedy about three teenage friends - Joe (Nick Robinson), Patrick (Gabriel Basso) and the eccentric and unpredictable Biaggio (Moises Arias) - who, in the ultimate act of independence, decide to spend their summer building a house in the woods and living off the land. Free from their parents' rules, their idyllic summer quickly becomes a test of friendship as each boy learns to appreciate the fact that family - whether it is the one you're born into or the one you create - is something you can't run away from.

The Kings of Summer was released May 31st, 2013.

I'm interested in this project. I don't know the actors or the people behind it, but it's receiving some pretty solid feedback and the trailer piqued my interest.

I question how this teaser got such a low rating and the article got 4 thumbs down, while the horrendous Stitches trailer got 2 thumbs up for it's trouble.
