Back in September, Anchor Bay Films acquired distribution rights for director Rob Zombie's new thriller The Lords of Salem. Over the weekend, the filmmaker shared the latest poster, along with the news that the MPAA has issued an R rating. Take a look at the one-sheet, and the message Rob Zombie left on his official Facebook page.
"Finally The Lords of Salem gets an R rating! It will carry the rating -- Rated R for 'Disturbing violent and sexual content, graphic nudity, language, and some drug use.'"
Anchor Bay still hasn't issued a release date at this time, but with the official rating secured, don't be surprised if the studio announces the release date soon.
