‘The Raid 2: Berandal’ Banner

Director Gareth Evans has been hard at work in post-production on the highly-anticipated sequel to The Raid: Redemption, The Raid 2: Berandal. While it isn't quite clear when the movie may hit theaters, the first banner has been released, featuring the entire cast. The sequel takes place about two hours after the events of the first movie, and the director teased that it will feature a fight scene with four people fighting inside a speeding car. Gareth Evans also sent out a series of tweets yesterday where he reveals some intriguing information about the action sequences and when we can expect the first trailer.

I loved the first movie. I'm actually excited to see if they can go a step beyond with the action with what they've done in the first.

Boy, I can't f**kin wait, the first movie was f**kin, in actually to me The Raid Redemption was the best hard core action movie in years.

The first movie is overrated. But I'm willing to watch a sequel. It did have some amazing fight scenes.

I was skeptical about a sequel, but it seems like this guy knows what he's doing. And I'm even more impressed by his awareness; not wanting to spoil all the 'best' scenes like trailers normally do nowadays. I don't normally watch trailers before I view the full-feature, but I may now that I've read the above comments.
