Following the first photo released earlier this week, Focus Features has debuted the first trailer for The Theory of Everything. Based on the memoir Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen by Jane Hawking, Eddie Redmayne stars as astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who overcame a life-altering diagnosis at the age of 21 to achieve scientific breakthroughs, with the help of his wife Jane (Felicity Jones).

In addition to the trailer, we also have two new photos from director James Marsh's upcoming drama, co-starring Emily Watson, David Thewlis and Charlie Cox, which hits theaters November 7.

Starring Eddie Redmayne (Les Miserables) and Felicity Jones (The Amazing Spider-Man 2), this is the extraordinary story of one of the world's greatest living minds, the renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who falls deeply in love with fellow Cambridge student Jane Wilde.
