The Wachowski Starship's ‘Jupiter Ascending’ Gets July 2014 Release Date

Warner Bros. gives The Wachoski Starship's Jupiter Ascending a July 2014 release date Warner Bros. has given the sci-fi project Jupiter Ascending a July 25, 2014 release date. They have also moved Peter Segal's action film Grudge Match to January 10, 2014 from it original November 15, 2013 date.

Directed by the Wachowski Starship (Andy Wachowski; Lana Wachowski) Jupiter Ascending is set in a universe where humans are near the bottom of the evolutionary ladder. Mila Kunis stars as a Russian immigrant, who has the same genetic makeup as the Queen of the Universe. She is targeted for assassination after the Queen discovers that the immigrant is a threat to her reign.

Grudge Match stars Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro as retired boxers Billy The Kid McGuigan and Henry Razor Sharp. The veteran boxers are persuaded to take part in one last match, fifty years after their last championship fight.

Jupiter Ascending was released February 6th, 2015.

Grudge Match was released December 25th, 2013.
